Avochocho Toast

Ingredients: 

1 5.3 oz package of Chocho Beans

1 slice of bread of your choice

1/2 of a ripe avocado* 

2 tablespoons of lemon juice (juice from about 1/2 of a lemon)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Add-Ons: 

1 egg your choice, cooked your preferred style

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 

Everything seasoning

Red pepper flakes

Bell peppers, diced 

Fresh herbs of your choice 

*A ripe avocado should give to a gentle squeeze. 

Instructions

1: Remove the pit from your avocado. Then, remove the rest of the avocado with a big spoon and put it in a large bowl. 

2: Add lemon and peeled Chocho Beans to the bowl and mash with a fork until a guacamole-like consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

3: Toast your slice of bread and spread avocado mixture on top. Enjoy as-is or with our recommended add-ons.
